The Saint Louis University chapter of the Alpha Eta Rho aviation fraternity participated in a fundraising airplane wash on Saturday, April 23, to support Wings of Hope, an aviation nonprofit working around the globe to lift people in need toward health and self-sufficiency.
Effective July 1, Gary Bledsoe, Ph.D., professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, will take over as chair of the department.
Parks Professor Andrew Hall Awarded Grant from Siemens Medical Solutions in Collaboration with Interventional Radiologist at SLU’s School of Medicine
Andrew Hall, D.Sc., Assistant Professor in biomedical engineering (BME), and Kirubahara Vaheesan, M.D., Director of Interventional Radiology, were granted an award from Siemens Medical Solutions to research techniques to better image and navigate catheters to the tiny arteries in the prostate.
