Information for Students - Understanding the Internship/Co-op Credit Process

Students may register an internship or cooperative education experience with the college in order to gain academic credit or to maintain academic status while not enrolled in academic coursework. The following documents provide more information for students that wish to register an internship/co-op experience.

It is recommended that all students participating in internship/co-op register for the corresponding course for 0-3 credit hours. This earns the student a notation on their official transcript that indicates participation in a Parks College approved experience. This will verify and validate the experience for graduate schools and employers who receive student transcripts upon graduation.
