Students pursuing a computer engineering degree are expected to spend a great deal of their time in our state-of-the-art laboratories. Classroom coursework and lectures are complemented with hands-on lab experience. Students begin conducting experiments in department laboratory facilities during their freshman year.
Design experience is well-integrated throughout the four-year curriculum. During a student’s senior year they work as a team on a senior design project, which allows them to engage in valuable research and develop innovative concepts within the computer engineering field.
