Jay Hoskins joined the Civil Engineering Department as an adjunct instructor in 2012. He has practiced civil and environmental engineering since 2001 and has served both private and public sector customers. His work evaluating stormwater “green infrastructure” performance in the context of a typical St. Louis site’s water balance has been published in the Watershed Science Bulletin and Journal of Environmental Engineering. His courses at SLU emphasize real world applications of sustainable engineering and construction practices, especially how green infrastructure is used to control stormwater in urban areas.´╗┐
