Stephen G. Magoc lives and breathes Parks, holding a certificate and three degrees from the University and has worked with Parks since 1977. Earning his first airframe and power plant certificate in 1976 at Parks, Magoc has continued his education, earning an A.S. in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Technology, bachelor of science in aircraft maintenance management and a masters in business and administration.

Magoc was the chairperson for the department of aerospace technology, a coordinator of maintenance training, an enrollment manager, and is currently a professor at Parks College. His main interests in aviation include the airworthiness of aging aircraft and computer based training applications.

He has been published in Aircraft Maintenance Technology magazine. In addition, he holds numerous honors with the FAA, including a Certificate of Training Ruby Award. Magoc also received the Magis Service Award in 2008 for his dedication and outstanding contributions to Parks College.
