About John Beauregard
John graduated Saint Louis University’s Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology in 1992 with a B.S. Aerospace Engineering. While at Parks, he was an officer in Student Government, a Resident Assistant, was nominated for the Oliver Parks Outstanding Student Award and was an active member of the Alumni board for many years. He has also received an M.B.A. from DeVry University – Keller Graduate School of Management in 2006.
John started his professional career at the now defunct Coach & Car Equipment Corporation, a subsidiary of Bae Systems, a designer and manufacturer of aircraft, rail and bus seating and interior products as an engineer, progressing to account manager and program manager.
With a desire to move into sales and marketing, John joined The Lee Company, a pioneer in the development of miniature precision fluid control components for aerospace, life sciences and printing as a Sales Engineer where he won numerous sales awards for growing his territory from $1.5M to over $5M in less than 36 months having success with companies such as Woodward, Hamilton Sundstrand and Baxter Healthcare.
John continued his sales and marketing career by joining Gem Sensors and Controls, a Danaher Company specializing in sensors, controls and system integration for Transportation, Medical and Scientific, Environmental, Cryogenics and Aerospace. As the Midwest Regional Sales Manager, John’s team managed 44% of the company’s revenues and achieved greater than 20% CAGR over his tenure.
John has been with the Precision Fluidics Division of Parker Hannifin Corporation since 2002 as Midwest Regional Manager before being named as the Global Sales Manager in 2006. Parker is the leader in providing miniature, precision pumps, valves and fluidic systems to the medical and life sciences markets. He has taken the primarily North American centric organization global by establishing sales channels in Europe, South America and Asia Pacific. The Division sales have steadily increased from approximately $40M to close to $75M in 2010 and expectations of $100M+ within 2 years. John led the sales and marketing integration of Parker’s 2008 Hargraves Technologies acquisition and is an advisor to Parker’s corporate life sciences steering team.
John contributes his personal and professional success to a philosophy he learned early in his career called “Servant Leadership”. Servant-leaders achieve results for their organizations by giving priority attention to the needs of their colleagues and those they serve. Servant-leaders are often seen as humble stewards of their organization’s resources.
