ASME Student Professional Development Event
November 18, 2010 at 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
McDonnell Douglas Hall Room 1016
Engineering students are invited to attend a Professional Development Event hosted by the ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) from 6:00 p.m. - 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11 in McDonnell Douglas Hall, Room 1016. Several ASME St. Louis Section Engineers will be coming to SLU to help students understand what it is like to be an engineer after college and how to be ready for the transition from college to career.
This event will be helpful to students who have not decided what field in engineering they want to go into. Also, students can learn about the various engineering disciplines from people already working in the field. These are important things to know for students early in their academic careers, so they can focus their efforts while in college.
Free pizza and soda will be served.
