    This course is designed for individuals who play a role in managing people and technology with the intent of creating an environment in which the boundaries of both overlap and interdependency must be leveraged for success. Outcomes for the course include the ability to strategically leverage an understanding of the sociotechnical system. Additionally, successful completion of the course will assist participants in developing, applying and evaluating strategies for managing in a sociotechnical environment.
