Experimental Research of a Hybrid Biosensor for Ecological Purposes

The present work represents different modifications of a hybrid biosensor, including potato tissue and enzyme glucose oxidase (GOD). The potato tissue variations are dried, ground to powder, smashed, potato juice and peel. These modifications effect on the hybrid biosensor’s basic characteristics. They are examined in terms of its range of measurement, sensitivity, stableness and response time. Experiments with real samples are held.
